INTRODUCTION

Christianity is all about worship and true worshipper must be in truth and in spirit. When you worship there will be no war in your ship. As you go through this message it is imperative you review you worship pattern today and get ready to make amend if it contradicts heavenly pattern.

GUIDING PRINCIPLES OF OUR WORSHIP TO GOD

·         Our worship must in truth John 4 :23 -24

·         Our worship must be in spirit (John 4:23-24)

·         Our worship must be in Faith. (Heb. 9:6; 2 Corinth. 5 :7; Mk 9:23

·         Must be in good work (2Timothy 3:16-17;

·         Must be in the authority of Christ (Col. 3:17; Mathew 28:18)

Having this guide let us review our different arms and segments of our worship in the church today

§  The lords Supper is a command from our lord Jesus and it is part of our worship today. (Luke 22:19)

§  Giving is also part of our daily worship it must be done with a cheerfulness of heart. 2 Corinth. 9:6)

§  Praises is another sensitive aspect of worship which can be achieved in three basic ways 1. Singing, 2. Instrumenting 3, a combination of the first and the second; Which David explored and earned for himself a man after Gods' heart.

§   Teaching and Preaching Gods Words. Act 20:7; Matt. 28:19-20

§  Prayer.  Daniel made prayer a lifestyle hence the Angels fought to bring the answer to him. I Thess. 5:17; Luk. 18:1.

§  Fasting. Mark 9:29

CONCLUSION

 In conclusion, she pointed out and condemned those teaching that has been smoothly presented that has watered down every aspect of Christian sacrifice. This was summed up in showing differences between GREAT GRACE and CHEAP GRACE preachers. Genuine grace makes you ask for revival, ask for Pentecostal power and old time religion while cheap grace focuses on the pleasures of life.
